• NOCON – Making Our Clients’ Visions a Reality

Networking is one of our core strengths. We maintain strong connections with communities, regional and governmental authorities across Ukraine, including military administrations and units. Our network also extends to businesses from Sumy to Odesa. This breadth allows us to identify the right partners and opportunities for every venture.

If you are a supplier to construction or other industries and want to explore how your products can contribute to Ukraine’s recovery, or if you are an investor looking to support rebuilding efforts, NOCON is your trusted partner.

Some of our clients:

NOCON is breaking Barriers for Sustainable Construction in Ukraine.

A key hurdle for Norwegian construction suppliers in Ukraine is outdated legislation, which requires specific local certificates for each product. By contrast, within the EU, once a product is certified under EU standards, it can be deployed across all member states without any further process — a system that saves time, reduces costs, and encourages innovation.

In Ukraine, restrictions still limit the use of wooden structures in social infrastructure such as schools and residential apartment buildings. These rules are rooted in Soviet-era perceptions around fire safety and acoustics.

In Norway and the EU, however, modern fireproofing, cross-laminated timber (CLT), and advanced engineering have proven that timber can be both safe and sustainable.

NOCON bridges this gap by working with the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (KBU), relevant ministries, partnering companies, and NGOs to align Ukrainian regulations and technical standards with EU norms. By modernizing rules and changing perceptions, we help Ukraine build faster, greener, and more cost-efficiently—an essential step in the nation’s reconstruction.

NOCON is exporting Norwegian Knowhow in Hydropower

In Ukraine, hydroelectric power projects are often viewed with strong environmental skepticism, much like how windfarms face resistance in Norway. Many local stakeholders see hydropower primarily as a threat to rivers and ecosystems, rather than a contributor to clean and balanced energy.

In Norway, by contrast, small- and medium-scale hydropower has proven to be a reliable, environmentally balanced solution—providing stable renewable energy while coexisting with strict environmental safeguards.

NOCON is working with Ukrhydroenergo, Ukrhydroproekt Kharkiv, and academic partners such as the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering to export Norwegian knowhow and demonstrate that hydropower can be a sustainable and accepted part of Ukraine’s energy mix. With careful planning and transparent stakeholder engagement, we aim to reframe hydropower from a perceived threat into a trusted ally in Ukraine’s energy security.

NOCON is standing with Ukraine: Innovation, Protection, and Care for Veterans

Ukraine’s battlefields evolve daily, shaped by technology and Russia’s grave violations, including chemical weapons. At NOCON, we see responsibility beyond defense: ensuring long-term care and dignity for veterans. We have already delivered results—assisting Watchbird in securing a NOK 100M contract to supply protective tech to Ukraine’s armed forces, and donating skis and equipment through Ukrainian Action to help wounded heroes recover. These efforts reflect NOCON’s mission: combining innovation, solidarity, and reconstruction to stand with Ukraine today and tomorrow.
